Middle School Girls’ Basketball Head Coach

The head coach is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, age-Appropriate basketball program, which includes planning engaging practice sessions to enhance skills and team dynamics. Key duties also involve analyzing opponents, developing game strategies, instilling sportsmanship, and fostering a positive team culture.

Candidates must possess previous coaching experience, preferably at the middle or high school level, along with strong knowledge of basketball strategies and rules. Essential attributes include a strong christian faith aligned with the school's statement, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine desire to nurture and minister to student-Athletes.
