Facility Educator, BNH

The facility educator provides highly visible, facility-Based education, offering real-Time clinical coaching and support at the point of care to ensure staff proficiency. This role also assists in deploying new system-Wide initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and training across all shifts.

Candidates must possess a master's degree, which can be in nursing (Bsn or msn required, msn preferred if bsn) or a related health field if holding a bsn, along with an active massachusetts rn license and a minimum of three years of clinical experience. Prior experience in teaching/Precepting and within a teaching hospital is necessary, with project management experience being preferred.
