Behavior Technician for Eastern Upper Peninsula

Registered behavior technicians provide direct one-On-One and group treatment to children diagnosed with autism, following treatment protocols and recording session data. Responsibilities also include assisting with caregiver training and collaborating with the treatment team on plan evolution.

Applicants must be able to interpret and implement clinical protocols, manage time effectively, accept constructive feedback, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, insurance, and passing a background check.
