Behavior Technician for Gaylord

Behavior technicians provide direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training in one-On-One and group settings, while strictly following treatment plan protocols and recording session data. Responsibilities also include assisting with parent training and collaborating with the treatment team on plan evolution.

Applicants must have a high school diploma and the ability to pass a background check to deliver medicaid services, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. No prior experience is necessary as all training to become a registered behavior technician (Rbt) is provided, though experience with children is preferred.
