1 and group therapy using intensive teaching and natural environment training, strictly following prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing client behavior data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Essential requirements include reliability, professionalism, patience, physical ability to perform job duties (Including lifting up to 50lbs), and strong attention to detail for precise instruction following.
