1 and group therapy utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols to increase critical developmental skills in children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, assisting with parent training, ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Essential requirements include reliability, professionalism, patience, emotional control, physical ability to perform job duties, and strong attention to detail.
