Center-Based Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide direct 1

1 and group therapy using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment and must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, being at least 18 years old, and the physical ability to perform job duties such as lifting up to 50lbs and frequent movement.
