Lower School Grades 3-5 Teacher

The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, student-Centered lessons across core disciplines while establishing a nurturing classroom climate using responsive classroom practices. Responsibilities also include differentiating instruction, collaborating on curriculum, monitoring progress through assessment, and supporting students' executive functioning skills.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in elementary education or a related field, along with proven success teaching in upper elementary grades (3-5) and expertise in the 3-5 developmental arc. Essential qualifications include exceptional relational skills, proficiency in modern instructional technology, and a commitment to reflective practice and the school's honor code.
