Summer Camp Minis Camp Lead Instructor

The lead instructor is responsible for planning and executing daily routines, sensory activities, and play-Based learning tailored for 3- And 4-Year-Olds while maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment. This role also involves leading and mentoring the minis counselor staff, modeling positive behavior supports, and ensuring adherence to supervision ratios.

Candidates must possess early childhood expertise, demonstrated by experience working with 3–5-Year-Olds in a relevant setting, alongside proven leadership ability to guide other adults effectively. Required qualifications also include calm problem-Solving skills for high-Energy environments and strong verbal/Written communication for parent interactions.
