Summer Camp Counselor

Counselors are the primary guardians of the camper experience, responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and well-Supervised environment through active leadership and administrative discipline. This includes maintaining constant supervision, leading activities, executing precise transitions, and upholding child-Safety standards.

Candidates must thrive in a high-Activity environment with a safety-First mindset, possessing strong verbal communication skills and the ability to make quick, safe decisions. Previous experience working with children in a camp, school, or youth-Sports setting is highly preferred, along with a proven track record of punctuality and commitment to the minimum 5-Week schedule.
