Inpatient Registered Nurse Residency/Fellowship Program

This program provides progressive, hands-On learning in pediatric psychiatric nursing through structured onboarding and close mentorship with experienced preceptors. Participants will engage in treatment planning as part of a multidisciplinary care team, developing advanced clinical and leadership skills.

Candidates must be new or recent registered nurse graduates, or rns transitioning from other specialties, who are passionate about child and adolescent behavioral health. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bsn preferred), eligibility for montana rn licensure, and current cpr/Bls certification.
