Core responsibilities
The board certified behavior analyst will conduct functional and skill-Based assessments, customize treatment plans, and work effectively with parents through training sessions. Responsibilities also include directing and supervising registered behavior technicians and maintaining data collection for aba programs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold current certification as a board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and possess a minimum of two years of experience working with the autism spectrum disorder (Asd) population. At least one year of home-Based aba experience and experience supervising rbts are highly preferred.
