Core responsibilities
The bcba will conduct functional and skill-Based assessments, customize treatment plans based on results, and direct/Supervise registered behavior technicians. Responsibilities also include organizing data collection, supervising ongoing aba programs, and developing behavior plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold current certification as a board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and possess a minimum of two years of experience working with the autism spectrum disorder (Asd) population. At least one year of home-Based aba experience and experience supervising rbts are highly preferred.
