Core responsibilities
The bcba will conduct functional and skill-Based assessments, customize treatment plans based on results, and direct and supervise registered behavior technicians. Responsibilities also include organizing data, supervising ongoing programs, developing behavior plans, and conducting family training sessions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold current certification as a board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and possess a minimum of two years of experience working with the autism spectrum disorder (Asd) population. One year of home-Based aba experience and experience supervising rbts are highly preferred.
