Vocational Counselor- Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services Men's Residence- Full Time- Days

The vocational counselor will facilitate psycho-Educational groups, attain competence in the matrix model for behavioral coaching, and implement or develop vocational goal-Setting curricula. Responsibilities also include maintaining unit structure by teaching behavioral expectations and reporting clinically significant behaviors to the clinical team.

A bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, sociology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in career counseling for clients with substance abuse issues or other disadvantaged populations. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in vocational rehabilitation or a related field, or one additional year of relevant experience.
