Adjunct Nutrition Instructor

The instructor will be responsible for preparing student progress and grade reports, maintaining accurate attendance records, and evaluating student competence based on program objectives. They must also attend faculty meetings and maintain professional qualifications through continuing education.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree with 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours in the teaching discipline, although a master's degree is preferred. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
