Occupational therapist registered-Full time

The primary objective is to develop and implement the occupational therapy (Ot) program, which includes conducting evaluations, determining treatment priorities, and providing individual or small group therapy services as outlined in the student's individual education program (Iep). Responsibilities also involve maintaining appropriate student records, issuing adaptive equipment, supervising therapeutic programs implemented by staff and parents, and consulting with school personnel and physicians.

The qualified applicant must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and hold a valid new york state license as a registered occupational therapist. It is preferred that the candidate has completed at least one year of successful direct experience working in a school setting.
