Direct Support Professionals

As a direct support professional, you will be responsible for helping children and teens with developmental disabilities in daily activities at home and in the community, guiding them in gaining essential social, self-Help, and independence skills. This role involves supporting their progress, following behavior plans, and creating opportunities for safety and community involvement while tracking milestones.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a genuine love for working with children, along with reliable transportation to fulfill job duties. The position starts part-Time with required minimum hours and offers a path to full-Time employment based on center needs.
