BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Palmdale

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans while collaborating with a team of behavior therapists to ensure high-Quality care and client progress. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, providing ongoing supervision hours, and ensuring compliance with insurance expectations.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field and hold current bcba certification from the bacb. A valid ca driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks are mandatory.
