Seasonal Substitute Camp Counselor -Rochester, MN

The seasonal substitute camp counselor will step in as needed to supervise campers aged 6–12, support hands-On activities using prepared plans, and help maintain a safe and engaging camp environment. Key duties include supervising groups, leading activities and transitions, ensuring camper safety, and communicating professionally with parents.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and pass required background checks, meeting minimum education and experience requirements. A minimum of two months of experience working with camp-Age children is required (One year preferred), along with current first aid and cpr certifications before the first day of camp.
