EOP Peer Mentor-Solano Campus Student Assistant

The student assistant will support professional eop staff by fostering a supportive community atmosphere for eop students through planning and facilitating workshops and events, and providing individual and group advising. Key duties include full participation in the eop summer bridge program, making appropriate referrals to campus resources, and collaborating with staff to address student needs.

Applicants must be current eop students in good academic standing, maintaining a minimum 2.0 gpa across both fall and spring terms, and must desire to help students facing systemic barriers. Required abilities include strong problem-Solving, leadership, effective communication, and skills in conflict resolution and group facilitation.
