Case Manager - Bilingual Alternatives For Youth

The case manager bilingual is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive home-Based crisis intervention and case management services for client families within the alternatives for youth program. This includes assisting spanish and english-Speaking families in resolving crises, conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and maintaining accurate case records.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree along with a minimum of one year of experience working with children/Adolescents or in community/Social services. Essential requirements include fluency in both english and spanish, a valid new york state driver's license, access to a car, and proficiency in computer applications like microsoft office.
