Perform one-on-one non-instructional duties under the supervision of classroom teachers and program supervisors. Assist assigned students with classroom activities and duties as outlined in their Individual Education Plan.
High school diploma is preferred along with at least one year of experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and physically capable of supervising children in various educational environments.

The Children’s Services of ACLD provides a continuum of services to children from ages three to twenty-one in their pre-school and after-school programs. We currently have an opportunity for a Teacher Aide to join our Bay Shore Facility. In this role, you will perform one-on-one non-instructional duties under supervision of the classroom teacher and program supervisors. You will also assist assigned student with all classroom related activities and duties as indicated by the child’s Individual Education Plan.
Full Time 7: 45-3:15 Mon- Fri
