Trainer - Lead

The lead trainer is responsible for facilitating in-Person and virtual training sessions while collaborating with regional leadership to address training needs. They also evaluate training effectiveness, manage training schedules, and ensure all necessary documentation and reporting requirements are met.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field with at least two years of i/Dd experience or one year of training experience. The role requires the ability to travel regularly across the assigned region and proficiency in microsoft office and virtual meeting platforms.
