Assistant Group Supervisor

This role involves caring for children according to ywca and dpw regulations, preparing a nurturing environment, and developing lesson plans covering areas like language arts, math, and cognitive development. Responsibilities also include maintaining positive interactions with children, parents, and staff, and ensuring compliance with all policies and keystone stars requirements.

Candidates must desire to embody the ywca's mission of eliminating racism and empowering women, respecting children and their individuality. Minimum education requires a high school diploma/Ged plus either 15 ece credit hours and 1 year of experience, or 30 ece credit hours and 2 years of experience, along with the physical ability to lift 45 lbs.
