Instructional Designer

The instructional designer will champion the creation of innovative, engaging, and high-Impact learning solutions focused on shaping non-Technical skills and behaviors through modern, blended solutions. Key outcomes include designing and launching end-To-End learning experiences, developing various learning offerings like elearning and workshops, and leveraging ai tools for personalized learning.

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a fast-Paced technology or high-Growth corporate environment with a proven track record of delivering high-Impact learning programs, including a diverse portfolio of assets. A bachelor's degree is required, along with proficiency in tools like articulate, canva, and ai authoring tools, and strong visual storytelling skills.
