Infant Lead Teacher

The infant lead teacher will provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience supporting each child’s individual needs while building strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication. Responsibilities also include creating a safe and stimulating environment for infants to develop curiosity and early learning skills, and collaborating with the teaching team to maintain routines and meet licensing standards.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements, with prior experience in a licensed childcare center being necessary. A child development associate (Cda) or a degree in early childhood education is preferred, alongside a nurturing personality, patience, and a genuine love for working with babies.
