Teacher - High School English Donald Ralph Cooke School

The teacher is responsible for the academic portion of the remedial education program, coordinating student testing, providing instruction using prescription teaching methods, and offering individual student counseling. This role also involves continuous implementation, development, and evaluation of the academic program under the director of education.

A bachelor's degree in education and a florida teaching certificate are preferred for core academic subjects, although a related bachelor's degree or relevant occupational experience will be considered. Candidates must also complete a minimum of 40 hours of training annually and pass a level 2 background screening.
