Seasonal Group Leader - Youth Camp

The group leader is responsible for the continuous leadership, guidance, and supervision of campers, participating in planned activities and serving as the major initiator of group activities. This role also includes responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the campsite and unit area.

Candidates must demonstrate alertness, discretion, compassion, patience, and tolerance while supervising campers to ensure a safe and caring environment. The position requires exercising creativity, enthusiasm, and self-Control to be an appropriate role model and effectively engage youth in camp activities.
