Seasonal Group Leader - Mobile Camp

The group leader is responsible for the continuous leadership, guidance, and supervision of campers, serving as the major initiator of group activities within the planned camp program. This role also involves ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the assigned campsite and unit area.

Candidates must demonstrate alertness, compassion, patience, and enthusiasm while supervising campers to maintain a safe and engaging environment, acting as an appropriate role model at all times. Essential duties include completing required paperwork diligently and displaying obedience and flexibility when following directions.
