Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, establishing goals based on current functioning and potential for improvement, and providing care while adhering to facility policies and procedures. Duties also include accurate documentation of patient care and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with hipaa.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and possess a current, unrestricted pt license or registration to practice. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is required for this role.
