Teachers are responsible for ensuring all scholars master necessary academic and social skills by setting ambitious goals, planning and delivering rigorous instruction, and assessing for mastery. Key deliverables include achieving specific growth goals for scholars, high satisfaction rates on classroom surveys, and maintaining high scholar persistence and attendance rates.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college with appropriate endorsements, if applicable, along with a valid state teacher license or enrollment in a credentialing program. Essential qualifications include effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-Driven assessment, and a passion for working with students and families in under-Served communities.
