Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver in-Person applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in their homes, following intervention plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in required supervision sessions and team meetings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate experience working with children, along with a passion for supporting children with special needs and reliable transportation. Active cpr certification is required, and rbt certification is preferred or requires obtaining it within a set timeframe.
