Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver in-Person applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children using established intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include collecting and recording data on client progress and actively participating in supervision sessions and required team meetings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate experience working with children, along with a passion for supporting children with special needs. Essential requirements include reliable transportation and an active cpr certification, with rbt certification being preferred or obtainable within a set timeframe.
