Teacher - ESE IRR - Math (2026-2027 SY), McDonough High

The teacher is responsible for planning and delivering specialized instruction, developing and implementing individual education programs (Ieps) and individual learning plans (Ilps), and collaborating with general education staff. Duties also include managing student behavior using data-Driven strategies and maintaining accurate compliance paperwork.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a valid georgia educator certificate or meet district qualifications, demonstrating strong professional ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Essential physical requirements include prolonged standing/Sitting, and the ability to perform routine physical activities like lifting up to 50 pounds, with potential need for direct student support.
