Direct Support Professional II

The direct support professional ii assists individuals with daily living, promotes community connections, and supports them in achieving personal goals, while also taking on leadership duties like training and supervising other staff. Key tasks include implementing individual support plans, administering medications, and fostering relationships with families and the community.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma, ged, or hiset, and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. One to three years of related experience is preferred, and required certifications include cpr/First aid and map certification, though paid training is provided if necessary.
