Behavior Clinician II

The clinician ii will manage a caseload of individuals with intellectual/Developmental disabilities, conducting functional behavior assessments and developing positive behavior support plans. This role involves providing clinical guidance to staff, conducting program visits, and completing necessary documentation and data collection.

Candidates must possess a master's degree or be actively pursuing one in a related field such as psychology or behavior analysis, coupled with at least two years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/Developmental disabilities. Experience designing support plans and familiarity with applied behavior analysis are preferred.
