Job Coach - Part-time

The job coach provides personalized one-On-One on-Site mentorship in the workplace, teaching clients job tasks and offering support to foster skill development and independence. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, assisting with goal achievement, facilitating workplace communication, and developing positive social and work skills.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of prior experience as a job coach or 1+ year working with individuals with intellectual/Developmental disabilities. This is a driving position requiring a valid license, reliable transportation for client transport, and availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
