Clinical Performance and Safety Specialist Trainer (CPI/CPR Trainer)

This role is responsible for delivering critical training programs, including new hire orientation, cpr/First aid, and crisis prevention institute (Cpi) training, to foster a safe and competent workforce. The specialist also monitors staff competencies, assesses safety practices, and supports the creation and evaluation of unit-Specific training plans.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though an associate's degree or higher is preferred, along with 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare field. Preferred qualifications include experience in training, recovery from substance use/Mental health disorders, and specific certifications like emt or cna in arizona.
