Career Engagement Coach

The career engagement coach coordinates career planning programs, provides individual and group coaching using various career resources, and presents outreach programming and workshops to students in career and technical programs. This role also supports the development and promotion of internships and work-Based learning opportunities, serving as a liaison between various campus teams and employers.

A bachelor's degree and four years of related experience are required, though preferred qualifications suggest a bachelor's in counseling or higher education administration with at least three years of related experience, or an advanced degree with one year of experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong counseling/Advising skills, commitment to diversity, and excellent communication abilities.
