Academic Advisor

The academic advisor will advise undergraduate students one-On-One and in small groups on course selection and degree progress, while also developing programs to engage and retain students. This role involves serving as a primary advisor for students in the welcome program and performing degree audits as required by the college.

A bachelor's degree is required, though a master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a commitment to an inclusive and equitable work environment.
