Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism in home or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include participating in bcba trainings, team meetings, client observations, parent training, and maintaining open communication with the bcba.

Candidates should ideally have 6 months of aba therapist experience or 1 year working with children with disabilities/Autism, possess a high school degree, and have a reliable car and driver's license for client commuting. Successful candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 35lbs and bending/Squatting.
