Life coach

Life coaches promote continued student engagement and act as student advocates, managing a caseload of 65-80 students to resolve barriers to educational progress. They collaborate with the instructional team to meet standards-Aligned objectives while supporting adults in earning high school diplomas and developing career paths.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and two years of experience in social work, counseling, advising, or a related field. Essential qualifications include the ability to synthesize complex student information, strong communication and time management skills, and the capacity for occasional local travel.
