Recruitment and retention specialist

The recruitment and retention specialist collaborates with leadership to recruit students and ensure their successful completion of gtec programming. They also cultivate business relationships and manage student progress through tracking systems and casework services.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least four years of related experience or training, with a bachelor's degree preferred. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel locally with a valid driver's license.
