Childcare Substitute – Before & After School

Responsibilities include ensuring program operations comply with state regulations and leading engaging, hands-On activities aligned with the healthy kids curriculum, such as fitness, steam, academics, arts, and homework support. The role also involves overseeing daily operational tasks like accurate attendance tracking and maintaining appropriate staffing levels while communicating consistently with parents and the direct report.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably possess one year of experience working with children under 13. Applicants must be medically cleared of communicable diseases, possess exceptional people skills, be professional, reliable, upbeat, and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
