Job Coach (Full time or part time)

The job coach will provide on-The-Job coaching and guidance to support individuals with developmental disabilities in learning job tasks and workplace expectations. This role also involves supporting skill-Building, independence, and confidence, alongside maintaining simple, accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and people skills, and reliable transportation if required for the role. Applicants must also be able to work independently and successfully pass a background check.
