Family Educator Early Head Start

The family educator engages families as full partners in their development and learning through weekly home visits and bi-Monthly group socializations, supporting them in setting and achieving realistic short and long-Term goals. Responsibilities include strengthening parent-Child relationships, building family self-Esteem using cultural strengths, and linking families to community resources for challenges like substance abuse or disabilities.

A minimum of an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field is required, though candidates without one must possess a cda and enroll in coursework to obtain the associate degree. Applicants must have at least two years of documented experience working with adult development and infants/Toddlers, proficiency in office 365, a valid arizona driver's license, and must be bilingual in english and spanish.
