Lead Teacher - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

As a lead teacher, you will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment. You will also support assistant teachers and communicate regularly with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting. Ohio career pathways level iii or cda certification is required upon hire.
