Lead Teacher - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

As a lead teacher, you will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum and create a safe, nurturing classroom environment. You will also lead and support assistant teachers and communicate regularly with families.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed childcare center. Ohio career pathways level iii or child development associate (Cda) certification is required upon hire.
