The Health Services Nurse provides professional healthcare and coordinates ongoing care for students. Responsibilities include continuous assessment, planning nursing care, and delivering health education to the school community.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts and BLS certification. Experience in triage and outpatient settings is required, with adolescent health experience preferred.
Description This is a 32-hour per week position when Health Services is open, which is approximately 10 months of the year, generally September – May, and the month of July. This position will be evenings/nights, 2 pm - 10 pm or 3 pm - 11pm, and 10 pm - 6 am, every other weekend. However, you may be asked to flex shifts (days, evenings, nights, hybrid shifts, weekends, and holidays) to meet the needs of students.
The pay rate will be determined based on the number of years of experience. Shift differentials are not provided.
